Recently stopped in because this place was recommended to me by someone I trust. I had an issue that popped up from a minor accident I had that was fixed at another location. I was in the area and took a chance by stopping by, the manager Sean dropped what he was doing and even grabbed a couple guys to help resolve the issue. These guys went above and beyond to help me. I eventually had to come back at another time and during my appointment the technician took time to explain what the problem was and gave me options for the fix. I highly recommend these guys.

Customer service has been an incredible experience. Lon has been a delight to work with, and their honesty and commitment to helping their customers has been a huge relief compared to larger dealerships. I couldn't recommend them enough.

My family has purchased several vehicles from here and we have been pleased with every one of them! Josh gets things done where other places wouldn't even try for us. Sales people were friendly and didnt pressure us. Once we picked out what we wanted each time, it went smooth and they walked us through every step along the way.

I wanted to write an appreciation review for Ben. He was not pushy, and was forthright about the car we were looking at. After purchasing the car, there was a repair that was needed a week later. This was the absolute best car buying experience we’ve encountered. Our extremely knowledgeable sales associate, Lon, exuded honesty, transparency, and kindness. The finance manager, Josh, exceeded our expectations as well. Hopefully, the truck we purchased behaves itself! It definitely seems as though they have it in tip top shape :)

We live 4.5 hrs away and asked for additional photos and information on a vehicle we were interested in. Steve obliged and while we did not decide on that one, his honesty and transparency was much appreciated and kept us from a long drive for something we ultimately did not purchase. Go see Steve! He is hands down, the best! Not pushy, easy going and he will help you find the perfect car and make sure you’re happy with it! We purchased a SUV and days after we had it, come to find out there was a known issue with the taillight. Steve was available through the whole process of ordering a replacement light and arranging the installation! And, the dealership was absolutely fair on the price I was charged for having it replaced. If you’re not a fan of salesmen, go see Steve he’s not “one of those” car salesmen!

Edited I bought a BMW 2016 from jay wolfe and within 4 months, car driven 1,479 miles(just outside of their warranty), and has not been on long road trips, the drivetrain alert comes on and the car is shaking. Josh from jay wolfe called to follow up on review. Inspection was done on the car and offer made to fix spark plugs and coils under one of their warranties. Review edited for helping a lady out, prompt service, and still being super nice even after bad review. Josh handles bad reviews, be a kind human to him.
